We use collected data to: provide analytics dashboards, improve mascot AI responses, maintain and optimize the service, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, AI inference, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
