By accessing or using AnimeSales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AnimeSales provides an embeddable AI-powered anime mascot widget for websites. The service includes a dashboard for configuration, analytics tracking, and AI-generated messaging.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to harass visitors, or to upload copyrighted characters you do not have rights to. All mascots must be original or properly licensed.

5. Intellectual Property

Mascots in our library are owned by AnimeSales or our licensed artists. Custom mascots commissioned on premium plans are licensed for your commercial use but remain our intellectual property.

6. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a paid subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

AnimeSales is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
